I just got my Discord Nitro free trial.

Coming back to the main question—yes, you can get a Discord Nitro free trial without using a credit card, and the method I'll be showing you below just shows you the steps you need to take.
How to Get a Discord Nitro Free Trial Without a Credit Card
As mentioned earlier, the method we'll be using is a very easy and straightforward method that doesn't require a credit card and works for everyone.
We'll be claiming the 3-day free Nitro credit that comes at a cost of 1400 Orbs, which can easily be gotten by completing quests in the Quests tab of the Discord app.
To claim your 3-day free Nitro credit, just follow the steps outlined below. If you prefer a video guide, you can watch this video instead.
Step 1: Get the Discord App and Sign Up
If you are new to Discord, you'll want to get Discord for your favorite platform. It is a cross-platform app and available for all devices, so you can install it on your phone (Android or iOS), Windows, or Mac.
After installing Discord, you'll want to sign up for an account.
And if you already have Discord and an account, you just want to skip this step.
Step 2: Go to the Quest tab
After signing up for an account, you just want to navigate to the "Quests" tab as shown in the image below.
It is in this Quests tab that you'll be completing Quests to meet the 1400 Orbs requirement and redeem to get your 3-day Nitro free trial.
Step 3: Complete Quests to Score 1400 Orbs
Now, in the Quests tab, you should see many quests available for you to complete and claim their rewards.
Don't worry, you won't have to complete all the quests to score this 1400 Orbs. All you need is just two quests that reward 700 Orbs each.
For example, here are two quests promoted by Amazon that reward 700 Orbs each for completing them. The quests are very easy to complete—you just need to watch a 30-second video to complete a quest. So in total, you'll be watching two short videos of 30 seconds each.
You may not see the same videos, quests, and me, but you just need to make sure that they reward 700 Orbs each, just so you won't be wasting your time watching videos that don't actually reward well.
I have already completed and claimed the reward, which is 700 + 700 Orbs, totaling 1400 Orbs.
So you just need to do the same to claim your 1400 Orbs.
Step 4: Go to the Shop tab
After you've claimed your 1400 Orbs, go to the "Shop" tab. It is located in the left navigation of the app layout if you are on a desktop.
Now, in the Shop tab, just navigate to Orbs Exclusives. It is in the top navigation.
This is where you'll claim your 3-day Nitro free trial.
Step 5: Claim Your 3-day Nitro Free Trial
In the Orbs Exclusives tab, you need to look for the exclusive that's marked "3-Day Nitro Credit". It should look like this.
Now, hover over it so the Claim button appears, then click on it.
On the next page that pops up, click on "Claim for 1400". You'll be using the 1400 Orbs that you earned from the completed quests.
After clicking on the "Claim for 1400" button, you'll be shown another window with the 1400 Orbs as the payment method. Just click on "Claim with Orbs" to claim your free Nitro—no need for a credit card.
Once you claim your free Nitro trial, you should be able to see the Nitro tab on your left navigation that indicates that you are actually using Nitro, and just next to it is the number of days left for you to use your Nitro.
In my case, I have just two days left to use Nitro since I claimed it yesterday.
That's just how you get to Discord Nitro free trial, and from what has been shown, you can also confirm that we didn't use a credit card, and the method should work for everyone as long as you can score 1400 Orbs.
Can I Get Another Nitro Credit After My Free Trial Ends?
I haven't tried that yet, so I can't give a firm answer to that. But I'll get to try that as soon as my Nitro credit ends, and I will be back with a firm answer to this.
